Valley Queen Cheese Wastewater Treatment Plant

ISG was called into stabilize and investigate the full treatment system at the Valley Queen Cheese wastewater treatment plant. A temporary equalization (EQ) tank, dissolved air flotation (DAF) system, and treatment building were deployed to stabilize the system before our team completed an extensive evaluation, including 3D scanning of the facility and a review of current and future production goals. During design, our team oversaw vendor coordination, confirmed equipment designs, ran calculations, and designed the infrastructure to accommodate equipment servicing. Through construction, the team will continue to provide bidding and construction support.
