The Bancorp Building at Cherapa Place

Located on a former railyard along the Big Sioux River, Pendar Properties sought to create a vibrant urban high-rise with condominium living and commercial and retail spaces. ISG designed this 10-story, multi-use building to complement the seven-acre Cherapa Place Development. With a distinctive design blend of glass and locally quarried stone, the building offers panoramic river views, green space, and attractive amenities to enhance the user experience with retail businesses and the lower-level connection to the two new residential buildings at the Cherapa Place Development.
