Southland School District Referendum + Renovation

After failed attempts with previous partners, Southland School District partnered with ISG to secure a successful referendum for improvements to their schools. Working alongside the District and stakeholders, our team guided a campaign to raise awareness and engage the community to learn their facility needs and goals.

After the referendum passed, ISG began working with the District to maximize the community’s investment through strategic designs that will replace a 100 year-old auditorium and gym space, create an additional gymnasium, merge the elementary and high school, address accessibility and fire rating upgrades, and provide new learning spaces.
