Primera Foods purchased an 86,000-square-foot, precast meat processing building and partnered with ISG to convert it into an egg processing facility. From replacing and repositioning walls to replacing flooring and adding drains, the facility underwent a substantial overhaul to gain USDA approval for grading, breaking, liquid pasteurization, packaging, and spray drying. Our team supported functionality and comfort through designing HVAC systems to balance air flow and support cold storage needs.
