Faced with an aggressive timeline for construction, PrairieCare turned to ISG to design a new four-story healthcare facility within the existing building footprint. Tenant build-out spaces were included for future development opportunities. Design focused on supporting patient and provider interactions. This included dedicated spaces for therapy, education, and supervisory activities, natural lighting, calm, warm, and welcoming interior finishes and colors, and clearly delineated public and private spaces.
