Orange City Community Development Plan

Committed to proactively managing growth and positive change in the community, Orange City partnered with ISG to create a Community Development Plan that would focus on guiding housing, quality of place, and commercial and industrial development. ISG incorporated existing strategic and comprehensive plans, stakeholder engagement, site analysis, opportunity visualizations, and budgetary cost estimates for targeted sites throughout the community.

The Plan also provides a series of implementation strategies and suggested partnerships to drive the development priorities of Orange City. The Community Development Plan was adopted in August 2021 and efforts are underway in the private and public sectors to implement ideas and concepts.
