To enhance its downtown presence and improve accessibility, Old National Bank relocated to the first floor of the Eide Bailly Center in downtown Mankato, Minnesota. Partnering with ISG, the layout was designed to optimize customer flow, providing easy access to teller stations and dedicated meeting spaces that encourage collaboration and more personalized service. Natural daylight throughout the lobby creates an inviting and open atmosphere for visitors, while semi-private offices with interior glass walls strike the perfect balance between openness and privacy. The modern design reflects Old National Bank’s commitment to innovation and service excellence, while reinforcing its strong connection to the downtown community.
