Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center Expansion + Renovation

To host more events downtown, the event center underwent a substantial expansion and renovation. The renovated event center hosts a multitude of events in its auditorium, upper-level concourse, ballroom, exterior plaza, and historic reception hall. Various renovation components like the auditorium’s retractable seating and removable stage allow staff to efficiently transition spaces between events. Functional design combined with modernized aesthetic creates a successful event center that brings positive economic impact to the City of Mankato.
