The Legacy Townhomes multifamily housing project brings 12 new rental units to Rochester in an urban neighborhood, designed to balance efficiency and livability. ISG navigated a lengthy rezoning process and optimized the site design to maximize density within the R2-X zoning regulations, adjacent to the downtown core. The result is a thoughtfully integrated development that blends with the neighborhood’s traditional architectural aesthetic while addressing the high demand for housing.
