ISG Sioux Falls

Since establishing a presence in Sioux Falls in 2018, ISG has grown from five to over 50 employees. We partnered with Pendar Properties to design the Bancorp Building, offering us the opportunity to create a customized tenant space that meets our growing needs. The office design prioritizes collaboration, comfort, and productivity, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, 14-foot ceilings, and minimal enclosed offices along the building perimeter to maximize natural daylight into the space. The space includes a variety of graphics and design features that showcase historical and geographical significance. Employee well-being is emphasized with a large community table, three patios with 360-degree views, white noise technology, and sit-to-stand desks. Our design team expertly designed a space that not only meets our functional needs but also reflects the ISG brand, showcasing our commitment to innovation and excellence.
