Glen Park Improvements

Spanning over 40 acres, Glen Park is linked to an expansive trail system and offers historic architecture, natural landscapes, and diverse recreation. Working from an existing park plan, our team implemented priority action items in a single, coordinated construction effort. Designs integrated historical elements and stakeholder input with modern amenities, including a four-season pavilion with a FEMA-rated storm shelter, splash pad, and pool and playground enhancements. Limited impact strategies protect the park’s tree canopy, and reorganized access points maximize park space while reducing pedestrian-vehicle conflicts. Low-maintenance design details were selected to ensure sustainable aesthetics.
