Fort Dodge Community School District

ISG performed wide-ranging facilities assessments for the Fort Dodge Community School District, laying the groundwork for funding of a new elementary school, gymnasium, and athletic field, as well as other mechanical, electrical, design, and security upgrades. Based on the assessment to condemn an elementary school building, we created a priority list with recommendations based on building physical needs, student safety, and community feedback.

The new elementary school included a classroom pod format with flexible teaching areas for collaboration and group workspaces, maker spaces in the library, and a new music room.
