City of Winthrop Utility + Street Improvements

The City of Winthrop has invested annually in community vitality by improving roadway and utility infrastructure. Since 2013, ISG has designed a variety of improvements for the City like sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer, roadway, curb and gutter, and streetscaping. Our most recent street and utility work will shorten pedestrian crossing distances, reduce inflow and infiltration, alleviate problem flooding, and improve water distribution. These improvements will provide residents and businesses refinished streets and decreased disruptions, helping community satisfaction and quality of life.
