A 10-mile stretch of critical farm-to-market roads were transformed by overlaying nearly 26,000 square yards of six-inch, unbonded PCC pavement over existing asphalt, significantly improving durability and ride quality. As a subcontractor to Cedar Valley Corporation, ISG played a key role in surveying the existing roadway, designing for material alignment, and providing staking for milling and paving operations. Despite weather and scheduling challenges, the project achieved minimal imperfections in its surface, utilized innovative restoration techniques, and reused 16,000 tons of asphalt. ISG’s expertise ensured a seamless construction process, supporting the region’s agricultural economy while minimizing disruptions for local landowners.
