Buffalo Ridge Regional Rail Authority

ISG partnered with Buffalo Ridge Regional Rail Authority to identify potential sites spanning 41.5 miles of track across Rock and Nobles Counties for future rail-served industrial parks. After evaluating 25 sites, ISG selected the top four and provided industrial park concepts and cost estimates. This analysis aids State and local economic development, rail stakeholders, and others in planning strategic investments for land acquisition, infrastructure, and transportation.
