ISG partnered to design Bryk on Broadway, a high-amenity, mixed-use, and affordable housing project, bringing the first of its kind to the Destination Medical Center area. The building offers over 200,000 sq. ft. of housing as well commercial and retail space opportunities. As part of the project development, our team worked closely with the City’s Community Development Department to address site constraints and create a new Transit-Oriented-Development (TOD) zoning district and transit corridor. Bryk on Broadway responds to the City’s desire to see TOD zoning that embraces and enhances the pedestrian experience, walkability, connections to multiple forms of transit, creates density, and provides the community with additional housing options.
