Agropur needed to expand its cheese plant, whey processing, and cold storage spaces. ISG designed a multi-level 238,000-square-foot addition with new and upgraded utility distribution. The addition included electrical and mechanical systems to support the cheese make and packaging areas, the whey processing and dryer tower, and cold storage warehouses. The expansion increased production from 3.3 million to 9.3 million pounds of milk per day with no unplanned down time during construction.
