Ryan aligns his architectural design expertise with a passion for leading from the trenches. He is a Project Management Group leader, focused on providing project teams with the support and resources they need. He does this by designing and refining internal project workflow processes, investigating industry best practices, and maintaining responsive communication with project partners. When working with clients, Ryan strives to build trust and lasting relationships before a project even begins.

In addition to cultivating strong project teams, Ryan is truly an all-in leader. Not only is Ryan active in the ESOP community bringing insight to his fellow employee owners, but he often relocates to new office locations to help get operations up and running. His commitment is a big driver in ISG’s ability to maintain its culture while also growing at an expedited rate.
