After playing and coaching collegiate hockey for over 25 years, Darren has a firsthand understanding of athletic facility needs and how a well-designed facility can impact athletes, fans, coaches, and the community. He approaches his role at ISG by keeping the idea of a team at the forefront as he works to guide each client through, often, a once in a lifetime project.

Darren carries a deep-rooted passion for building relationships and understanding the client’s why and vision for each facility. He takes time to understand the effect that a well thought out design can have on recruitment, retention, development, fan engagement, and donor commitment.
