Receives Industry Leading Awards Due to Strategic Growth and Focused Talent Engagement

ISG made a pivotal move on both the nationally recognized Zweig Group 2017 Hot Firm and Best Firms to Work For lists. Zweig Group, a privately-held firm and industry leader in enhancing business performance for architecture, engineering, and environmental consulting sectors, recently ranked the firm among the Top 10 on the Hot Firm list and Top 20 of Best Firms to Work For.

The Zweig Group Hot Firm list has recognized the 100 fastest-growing architecture, engineering, planning, and environmental consulting firms in the United States and Canada for the past 20 years. ISG has earned a spot on the list for five straight years in a row, with the 2017 ranking being the firm’s highest at #10. The award and ranking highlights ISG’s ability to outperform the economy and competitors to be formally awarded an industry leading designation.

The Zweig Group Best Firms to Work For award polls similar industry firms in the United States and Canada, recognizing and ranking firms based on workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and many other factors. ISG, a firm now 100% owned by employees, had its first year on the list in 2016 and moved up to #20 for the 2017 Multi-Disciplinary category for the Best Places to Work For award. With a minimum requirement that at least 40% of employees in a firm of ISG’s size must respond to the detailed survey to be eligible, ISG engaged its over 250+ professionals across three states for the submission.

“We are both humbled and motivated by our 2017 Zweig Group awards,” states Lynn Bruns, ISG Executive Vice President. “The dynamic nature of our industry is no surprise, and we’ve intentionally focused efforts on expanding our technology and in-house expertise to stay at the forefront. Whether that be seizing the opportunity to offer an ESOP or providing cutting-edge drone, visualization, and 3D scanning services to complement client solutions, our goal is to continually push boundaries and engage at every level,” notes Lynn.
